    We never optimise for this quarter. Every decision must survive one question: will this still be right a hundred years from now?

Quality is the degree to which
reality matches intent.

If a drawing specifies 25.000 mm, quality is not 24.98. And it is not 25.03. Inspection does not create quality — it only verifies it.

A pressure vessel is only as strong as its weakest joint. So welding here is not a shop-floor activity. It is a documented engineering process, governed by qualified procedures, qualified people and verified results.

WHAT THE ACCREDITATION MEANS

ISO 3834

Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials. It governs how every weld is planned, controlled, inspected and recorded, not just how it looks.

EN 15085

Welding of railway vehicles and components. The standard that qualifies a shop to weld safety-critical rolling-stock assemblies.

From flat sheet
to sealed vessel.

The whole route runs under one roof at Faridabad, which is how tolerance survives from the cutting bed all the way to despatch. Laser cutting, plate rolling and dished ends, and press brake forming.

Profiles cut to drawing, with the edge quality that determines every joint downstream.

STAGE 02 Press brake forming

Bends set, checked and re-checked before a part is ever allowed to reach the weld bay.

STAGE 03 Plate rolling

Flat plate becomes a shell. Roundness here decides whether the girth seam closes cleanly.

STAGE 04 Certified welding

Qualified procedures, qualified welders, recorded results. And, where the joint repeats, a purpose-built machine running the seam so it comes out identical every time.
