WHERE IT IS USED

  • Water storage where two vessels must be handled and installed as one unit
  • Skid-mounted plant requiring integral feet and lifting points
  • Applications needing flanged access for cleaning or inspection

HOW IT IS MADE AND PROVED

Welded to a qualified procedure

Every joint runs to a qualified welding procedure — WPS and PQR — by a welder qualified to run it. Welding is carried out under ISO 3834.

Inspected and tested before it ships

Visual inspection of every weld, dimensional inspection against your drawing, and leak and pressure testing on vessels. The result is recorded against the job number, and the documentation pack ships with the goods.

Traceable to your job

Plate and fittings are booked in against the job, not against a shelf, so what went into your vessel stays traceable to your vessel.

BEFORE WE QUOTE

Send what you have. We can help clarify the remaining details.

  • Your drawing or installation envelope, intended use and quantity.
  • Required material, finish, connections and mounting arrangement.
  • For pressure vessels: working pressure, operating temperature and applicable design or inspection requirements.
  • Target delivery date and the documents your purchasing team needs.

Frequently asked

Why build it as one assembly?
Because two parts bolted together is two chances for a joint to leak and two things to align on site. Rolled, welded and leak-tested as one assembly, the alignment is set here and proved before it ships.
Can the tanks be different capacities?
Yes. The frame is designed around the vessels, so the two do not have to match. Send the duty for each and we will design the frame to suit.
Are the tanks free-standing or framed?
Either. This is the framed version; single and free-standing tanks are also built to drawing.
