Privacy policy
This site asks you for a name, an email address and, if you are quoting a job, a drawing. This page says exactly what happens to those, in the same plain terms as the rest of the site. It is short because the site does very little with your data.
WHAT IS COLLECTED
Your name and email address, which are required so we can reply. Optionally your company, phone number, and the specification fields — closest product, capacity, working pressure, material and finish, quantity, standard, when you need the first piece, mounting and handling, and any notes. Nothing on this page is gathered before you press send.
Files you attach to an enquiry, up to 25 MB in total. If you do not attach one, none is taken.
This site sets no cookies at all. It writes nothing to your browser's local storage. There is no consent banner here because there is nothing to consent to.
WHERE IT GOES
Submitting the form sends the details to Sakshi Tools by email, through the mail service Resend, and gives you a reference beginning ST- that you can quote back at us. Resend carries the message; it is not a marketing list and you are not subscribed to anything.
Attachments are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket belonging to Sakshi Tools, filed under your reference. They are not sent to any third party, not used to train anything, and not shared outside the people quoting your job.
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes the technical details any web server sees, including your IP address, in order to serve the page and block abuse. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you between sites. We see totals, not people.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
Your details are not sold, rented, traded or passed to anyone for their own purposes. There is no advertising network on this site and no tracking pixel.
Sending an enquiry does not put you on a mailing list. We reply about your enquiry and that is all.
HOW LONG, AND HOW TO REMOVE IT
Enquiries and drawings are kept while the quotation is live and afterwards as the record of what was quoted, because a customer coming back two years later usually wants the same part. We remove them sooner whenever you ask.
Email enquiries@sakshitools.com with your reference and say what you want removed, corrected or sent back to you. You do not need a reason and there is no form to fill in. If a drawing is commercially sensitive and you would rather it were deleted the moment a quotation is settled, say so with the enquiry and we will do that.
