Air suspension systems, tanks and complete assemblies
We build the tank that feeds an air suspension system, and we build the complete assembly around it. Rolled, welded and tested at Faridabad, to your drawing and your working pressure, for buses, trucks, trailers and rail vehicles.
WHAT WE SUPPLY
- Air suspension tanks and reservoirs, stainless or coated steel, to your capacity and working pressure
- The complete air suspension assembly, supplied as one unit rather than as loose parts
- Welded mounting frames, brackets and chassis fixings
- Manifolded and hosed pneumatic circuits, piped and proved before despatch
- Compact vessels where the chassis envelope is tight
- Bespoke arrangements developed from your drawing, or from the problem
WHY A COMPLETE ASSEMBLY
A tank from one shop, a frame from another and the pipework done on site is three chances for something not to line up, and the argument about whose fault it is happens after the vehicle is already late. Built as an assembly, the alignment is set here.
The vessel is leak and pressure tested, and the circuit is proved on the assembly rather than trusted because each piece was fine on its own.
Reservoirs, manifold and pneumatic circuit carried on one welded frame is exactly the axle-mounted disc brake assembly this works builds for rolling stock. An air suspension set is that discipline applied to a different system.
Frequently asked
- Do you supply the complete air suspension assembly, or only the tank?
- Both. The tank on its own where that is all you need, or the complete air suspension assembly with the frame, fixings and pneumatic circuit built and proved as one unit.
- Which vehicles are your air suspension systems for?
- Buses, trucks, trailers and rail vehicles. The vessel and the mounting are designed around the chassis, so tell us the vehicle and the space you have.
- Do you build air suspension assemblies to our drawing?
- Yes. Most of what leaves this plant was designed for one customer and exists nowhere else. A hand sketch with dimensions is enough to start.
- What do you need in order to quote an air suspension system?
- Tank capacity and working pressure, material and finish, how it mounts to the chassis, what the pneumatic circuit has to connect, quantity and whether it repeats, and when you need the first piece.
- Is the assembly tested before it ships?
- Yes. Visual inspection on every weld, dimensional inspection against your drawing, and leak and pressure testing on the vessel, recorded against the job number.
- Is the welding certified?
- Welding is carried out under ISO 3834, and for rail vehicle work under EN 15085 as well.
Sakshi Tools is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 3834 and EN 15085. Current certificates are sent with the quotation, or on request for your vendor file.
