HOW IT IS MADE AND PROVED
Welded to a qualified procedure
Every joint runs to a qualified welding procedure — WPS and PQR — by a welder qualified to run it. Welding is carried out under ISO 3834.
Inspected and tested before it ships
Visual inspection of every weld, dimensional inspection against your drawing, and leak and pressure testing on vessels. The result is recorded against the job number, and the documentation pack ships with the goods.
Traceable to your job
Plate and fittings are booked in against the job, not against a shelf, so what went into your vessel stays traceable to your vessel.

- What coating do you use?
- The finish is specified by the customer. Tell us the environment the vessel works in and whether the coating has to meet a particular standard, and we will confirm the system before quoting.
- Is a valve assembly included?
- It can be. The vessel is supplied with the valve assembly, mounting straps and drain boss fitted, or bare for you to fit your own.
- Can you match an existing vessel we already run?
- Yes. Send a drawing, a photograph or the old vessel itself. Most of what leaves this plant was designed for one customer and exists nowhere else.
- Can this be used on an air suspension system?
- Yes. Air suspension tanks are part of what this works builds, alongside the complete suspension assembly. Tell us the volume, the working pressure and how it mounts to the chassis and we will build to it.
