Cutting and forming
CNC laser cutting, press brake forming, plate rolling and dished ends. Roundness at the rolls decides whether the girth seam closes cleanly, so it is controlled here rather than bought in.
Welding
GTAW, GMAW, SAW, SMAW and resistance welding, under ISO 3834 — and for rolling stock, under EN 15085.
Testing
Leak and pressure testing in house, recorded against the job number.
